Criteria:
- 680 credit score
- 44k minimum income
- 2 months deposit that goes towards your down payment ($5k)
- Portion of Monthly rent goes towards down payment
- Price Range $130k-500k
- No application fee
- 24hr Approval and 3-5 day complete processing completed
